I’ve decided that I must do karaoke to Seikan Hikou at Otakon this year.
That is why. J inspires me to the core. He is a true man.
You know that girl Ranka? She’s still extremely cute. She makes my heart throb. My Ranka. Not anyone else’s Ranka. All mine. <3
Ranka has had some extremely cute moments in the past few episodes of Macross Frontier. I’m glad that she’s been heightened to a greater role in the series as of late. This means more possibilities for Ranka cuteness in the future.
That is all.
I’m liking Macross Frontier for all the readily apparent reasons. The well-animated dogfights, the clever theme, Maaya Sakamoto’s true return, Ranka (Megumi Nakajima is doing a fine job here), and such. What keeps me coming back to Macross F is the throwbacks to the franchise of old from the “Miss Macross Contest” to Ranka singing Watashi no Kare wa Pilot and all the rest. The show feels like the original and Plus’ gifted child – what the 25th anniversary of Macross should be, a tribute to the best of its lineage.
Did I mention that Ranka’s very cute?
I should watch Do You Remember Love to relive the memories. It’s been years.
