Those crazy bastards over at IOSYS are at it again. They’ve have put up their Reitaisai (starting in less than a week!) releases recently, which includes two albums of Marisa Stole the Precious Thing remixes. The tracks are being contributed by a number of a number of powerhouse doujin groups, including Alstroemeria, SOUND HOLIC, dBu, and others.
Sample crossfades are up, as IOSYS usually does, here and here. The metal, gabba, and “emotional” versions are particularly hilarious. As are the amusing album jackets with various nicovid memes. They also have another standard album, which sounds surprisingly good and back to their more creative days, with samples here.
Hopefully, the final version of their albums will be better than IOSYS’ underwhelming work of the past year or so.

Paletweb will likely have copies of all the popular Touhou albums after Reitaisai is over, as usual.

Doujin groups are a scary, confusing population.
